Spanning over 4,000 square feet, our facility features two versatile studios, Tone and Evolve, equipped with 12 cutting edge Lagree Mega Pro machines. We offer a variety of classes including Yoga, Hot Yoga, Barre, and Mat Pilates, creating a community where you can shape your destiny and find balance.

What We Offer:

• The Megaformer – Single Class Package: 1 class credit for a Lagree class. 
• The Megaformer – 5 Class Package: 5 high intensity, low impact Lagree classes. 
• Group Fitness – Single Class Package: 1 class credit for any group fitness class (excluding Lagree). 
• Group Fitness – 5 Class Package: 5 group fitness classes.

• Lagree Method: Experience the ultimate in full body workouts with our innovative Megaformer machines, focusing on strength, endurance, and flexibility.
• Hot Yoga: Rejuvenate your body and mind with our heated and non heated yoga sessions guided by seasoned instructors.

How to Prepare: 

Wear comfortable clothing (grip socks required for Megaformer classes). Bring water if needed and get ready for an incredible workout in a luxurious and supportive environment.
