- Eligibility
The Free Introductory Lesson is available only to new students who have not previously attended classes at Memorial Dancesport Ballroom.
The lesson is limited to one (1) free introductory lesson per person or couple.
Scheduling
All lessons are by appointment only and subject to availability.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance by contacting our front desk
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in forfeiting the free lesson.
Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the participant
Attire
Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Avoid wearing shoes without a back, as they may hinder movement.
Limitations
This offer is valid only for the Free Introductory Lesson and does not apply to any other lessons, classes, or services.
The Free Introductory Lesson cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Liability Waiver
Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before taking part in the lesson. Memorial Dancesport Ballroom is not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that occur during the lesson.
Studio Rules and Policies
All participants must adhere to the studio’s policies, including respect for instructors and other students.
Memorial Dancesport Ballroom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these rules.
Privacy
Personal information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for scheduling and communication purposes related to the lesson.
Right to Modify or Terminate
Memorial Dancesport Ballroom reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
