TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "PERSONALIZED FACIAL CLEANSING" CAMPAIGN
The following Terms and Conditions govern participation in the promotional campaign for the Personalized Facial Cleansing service (hereinafter, "the Promotion"), organized by [Micaela Garden Holistic SkinCare] (hereinafter, "the Organizer").
Participation in this campaign implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by customers.
1. CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE
The purpose of the Promotion is to offer customers an exclusive benefit regarding the Personalized Facial Cleansing service, which is designed to adapt to the specific needs of each skin type following a preliminary assessment.
2. PROMOTION DURATION
The campaign will run from [Start Date: 11/08/2026] to [End Date: 01/10/2026], inclusive, or until the available [Number of slots, e.g., 10] appointments allocated for this promotion are fully booked, whichever occurs first.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Reside in [Applicable City or Region, e.g., Bakersfield, CA]. Comply with the participation mechanics detailed in point 4.
Medical restriction: Not present obvious medical contraindications for facial skin treatments (such as active infections, open wounds, severe sunburn, or having completed isotretinoin treatment within the last 6 months).
4. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

Mention the promotional code [Code, e.g., LIMPIEZA2026] when making the reservation. Attend the preliminary manual assessment on the scheduled date for the design of your personalized protocol.
5. BENEFIT CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Individual Use: The promotion is personal and non-transferable. Only one (1) promotion may be applied per customer during the campaign period.
Non-Stackable: This benefit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or loyalty cards currently offered by the establishment.
Punctuality and Cancellation Policy:
The customer must arrive at least [10/15] minutes early. If the customer is more than [15] minutes late, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the appointment based on availability or to shorten the service duration so as not to affect subsequent customers.
Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least [24] hours in advance; otherwise, the benefit will be forfeited.
