Liability Release
In checking the box below I agree that Sunnys Pole Fitness is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes at Sunnys Pole Fitness Studio may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sunnys Pole Fitness Studio or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your class at least 6 hours before, then you will not lose the class credit. You can use credit towards reschedule or request refund. If a NO SHOW, credit will be taken.
PLEASE BE ON TIME! We close the doors 10 mins after class starts. If you're more than 10 mins late, you are forfeiting the entire class session.
