- No walk-ins are permitted to ensure the privacy and sanctity of your session.
- I do accept same day appointments. Please see availability on our booking site
- A valid credit card or deposit will be required to secure most appointments.
- Appointments are not considered finalized until you receive a confirmation email or text from our booking system.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Same day cancellations or cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost, unless extenuating circumstances can be proven.
- Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost and may be restricted from future bookings.
- Grace Period (Late Arrivals): A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals past this time may be required to adjust the scope of their requested service or reschedule entirely (subject to a cancellation fee) to avoid impacting subsequent clients
- I might be late for the next appointment due to unexpected delays from previous booking.
- To ensure the maximum length of your private session, please arrive at your scheduled time. We ask that you do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
- NO REFUNDS for any services.
